Implementation and configuration of Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics was carried out for everyone in their organization. In this way, we guaranteed to them that each person can both access the necessary information and analyze it anywhere. Also, with their new system, they would be able to carry out collaborative work or generate reminders.

Strategically, the main idea was then to integrate Zoho CRM (Tool in the cloud with the ability to interconnect with other systems) with Anura’s software. Such integration would generate added value for the company and future clients.

Through the Webhooks of the Anura platform, it was possible to integrate with Zoho and link the Anura accounts (internal) with each Zoho account.

Nowadays when they use the services, the calls and their recordings are saved in each customer’s uploaded record.
